Wine Cellar Terms

You can buy wine by mixed case of 6 bottles selected by you, you can try our different packages of wine or our selected hampers. You can buy the whole case of 6 or 12 bottles of the same wine with 10% discount. All the prices shown on the website are excluding VAT. A 17.50% VAT will be added on your bill for the alcohol only.

Purchasing and Proof of Age

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order and process the payment.

The purchase will be made by credit card by a totally secure system. Once the payment is done we guarantee you will receive what you ordered.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18, as the law requires. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Delivery

We will normally send your order to you in two business days after we received your order. Delivery times may be affected if there are unforeseen circumstances. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. We do not offer delivery on weekends or UK national holidays. We do not deliver overseas.We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

If our courier attempts delivery at the delivery address, specified in the order, but cannot deliver the products, our courier will either leave with a neighbour or return the parcel to the depot. Some of the carriers we use may leave a calling card advising of the action that has been taken, but this is not guaranteed.
