Our beautiful France is home to a wide variety of grape. The combination of a dried and macerated white grape with a coating of 70 % cocoa "Tropilia" chocolate seemed such a good idea, resulting in a contrast desirable to the palate.
Enjoy it as an aperitif, with a good coffee, or as a tasty treat, it is always welcome!
